Haminat Adetunji

Executive and Admin VA

Executive & Admin VA for Busy Founders & Executives. I help founders keep their inbox, calendar, financial documentation, and client correspondence moving on schedule, without the backlog and dropped follow-ups that come from trying to do it all.

ABOUT

I'm Haminat, a remote EA, Operations Manager, and OBM. For the past 4+
years, I've worked fully remotely supporting executives, founders, and fast-moving teams across insurance, legal, e-commerce, real estate, and service based industries.
My passion is helping businesses thrive, not by doing busy work, but by building
smart systems, clean workflows, and reliable processes that create real,
measurable outcomes. I don't just complete tasks. I map the chaos, document
what matters, automate what's repetitive, and make sure nothing falls through
the cracks.
I work best with founders and executives who are scaling and need someone
who thinks like an operator, communicates like a pro, and executes like the
business depends on it.

PROOF OF WORK

Client follow-up/stage tracker

How I stage client files from document submission through underwriter follow-up to close the same structure I use to sustain 15+ files reviewed monthly without anything falling through.

How I stage client files from document submission through underwriter follow-up to close the same structure I use to sustain 15+ files reviewed monthly without anything falling through.

Context: A financial services client processing funding and credit repair applications needed someone to keep the document pipeline moving without slowing down approvals.
Task: Review, verify, and finalize borrower documentation and credit reports, then upload completed files through lender portals and follow up with underwriters directly.
Output/Result: Sustained a monthly throughput of 15+ funding documents, reviewing up to 5 client files per day with same-day turnaround, keeping the pipeline moving without backlog.

Product Inventory Spreadsheet

Sample inventory spreadsheet (500+ line structure) tracking product name, colour, size, cost price, selling price, and vendor — the same system used to process 30+ purchase orders and invoices weekly.

Context: A retail e-commerce client needed accurate, organized inventory records to keep purchasing and fulfilment running smoothly.
Task: Process weekly purchase orders and vendor invoices, and maintain detailed product records across inventory software and spreadsheets.
Output/Result: Processed 30+ purchase orders and invoices weekly and maintained 500+ inventory records, including product, size, colour, cost/selling price, and vendor data, across inFlow Inventory and Google Sheets.

Short-Term Rental Client (Guest Communication & Turnover SOP)

Notion SOP (guest communication scripts + turnover checklist) built for a short-term rental host standardizing guest handoffs and turnover steps without the host managing every message personally.

Context: A short-term rental host needed a documented, repeatable process for guest communication and turnovers instead of relying on memory or ad-hoc messages.
Task: Built a Notion-based SOP covering guest communication scripts and turnover/cleaning checklists.
Output/Result: Delivered a Notion SOP [with communication stages / covering checklist items], giving the host a repeatable process any co-host or cleaner could follow without direct oversight.
